Becoming a Blanketeer and make blankets at home
-
Inspecting and labeling donated blankets to ensure they meet Project Linus standards
-
Delivering blankets to our local beneficiaries
-
Coordinating or participating in Make a Blanket Days
-
Gift cards to Hobby Lobby, Walmart or other fabric stores in the Fort Smith area
-
Unused cotton fabric in lengths of 36" or greater
-
Unused flannel in 44-45" squares
-
Unused, unwashed fleece in 54" x 60" panels
-
Yarn
-
New rotary cutters & blades, cutting mats, crochet hooks, knitting needles, sewing scissors
Please drop off your blankets and donations at one of our Drop-Off Sites in a closed bag that includes your name, address and phone/email so that we may send you a thank you for tax purposes.
Project Linus a non-profit organization. 20% of monetary donations received go to Project Linus National and the remainder stays locally to support our community efforts.
Monetary donations are always welcome as we have expenses such as satin labels and yarn/fabric for group events. Each blanket donated to a child includes a satin label sewn on it, which are purchased from Project Linus National.
Donations can be made to the Project Linus National Headquarters. If you indicate your donation is to benefit the "Western Arkansas Chapter", the funds will be given to our region.

Thank you for supporting Project Linus!
